All products sold by Chic Empire are covered by a 30 day manufacturer's warranty. In the event of items being faulty or not as ordered please make a claim via email returns@chicempire.com.au providing supporting evidence.
Please note, no exchanges or refunds are available for our underwear range, so please take care when selecting your items before placing an order.
Where the item is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a replacement/repair at no cost to the customer.
We will make arrangements with you for the return of the product. The delivery time for replacing the product will be the same as stated for the original order. No refunds, credit or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.
Please note, that additional delivery charges will apply in all exchange/refund circumstances. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 15% administration fee.
